These terms apply to this website and to consulting services agreed in a written proposal. Browsing the site does not create a consulting relationship.

How it works

A proposal defines scope, timing, fees, responsibilities, and deliverables. Clients must provide lawful access to the agreed systems and ensure information supplied is accurate. Unless a proposal says otherwise, intellectual property in our pre-existing methods remains ours; paid, client-specific deliverables may be used internally by the client.

Requests and responsibilities

Website information is general guidance, not a guarantee of business results. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected engagement to the extent permitted by Thai law.
